You will need to open and print out each of the following forms.
Once you have printed them out please fill them out completely and then fax them back to us
at 805 496 2146, or email them to firstname.lastname@example.org .
After you have faxed them back to us you will then need to proceed through checkout through a link we will email you.

After we receive all of your paperwork we will then review them for accuracy and contact you if we need further clarification.
Your listing will then be submitted into the MLS within 24-48 hours of credit card authorization.
