Requirements
1. Must have valid California Real Estate License
2. Must be computer literate
3. Must live in Southern California within a 30 mile radius of Thousand Oaks
4. Must be motivated, committed and self driven
5. Must bring to our office at least 7 active listings at time of hire. Listings cannot be active with another office. If you have less than 7 active transactions, the commission split will be negotiable.
6. Must have a minimum of 7 active transactions to obtain 90% commission split. If you do not meet this criteria, the commission split will be negotiable.
