Dalton Realtors was established in 1987. Initially as a source for those who had little or no equity in their property. Our low commission rates provided them with a solution for selling their property.
We are member of all the major MLS associations in our area and also we are a HUD registered Broker.
We are the areas FIRST Full Service Discount Commission Broker.

Many of our customers ask how we can charge so little for commission? How do we do it? First of all we do not waste money on unnecessary things, secondly we've been doing this for so long that we can size up a contract and write counteroffers faster than most other agents out there. We have streamlined the whole sale process with our low commissions, flat fees and buyer rebates!
